Every 18-20 year old in this country must serve the army for 3 years. This is Yanivs little brother going off to start his day in army training. It was really interesting to hear how much people give 3 years to the army. Many dont like it because it sets them back in school and life- They are teenagers and have no choice, if they dodge going they will be arrested.
There are palms everywhere and the climate is exactly like Southern California. I feel like Israel is the 53rd state of the USA, with a really intense alphabet and tricky language.
