There is a puente holiday break in Spain this week. My friends and I decided to rent a car and travel south to the warm sunny beaches on the coast. We rented a dark blue Minivan and set off, four Dutch boys and two American girls.
It turns out that the entire country was rainy and cold, even the Costa del Sol "coast of sun" in the South. However, having a car to explore is one of the best ways to travel this country. We stopped for coffee in little towns that don't see tourists or foreigners.
We lost a hubcap.
Got a parking ticket.
Ate a lot of candy.
I loved every second.
